Thank you for visiting GCI Team Travel for this Stay to Play Event! Room blocks will be available for this event in June.

How to Set Up a Block of Rooms:

1) The process works best when a team manager (or parent) sets up a block of rooms for their traveling team. There is no credit card required to set up a room block. 

2) Once hotel is selected, follow the step by step instructions to create your block.

3) Once you receive your request ID after following the step by step instructions, send the information to parents.  Please make sure parents know that blocks close AT 12:00pm (NOON) CST on the expiration date, NOT MIDNIGHT.

Note: Only the individual parent will provide a credit card to secure their own room within the room block. That card is not charged until arrival, unless otherwise noted under specific hotel notes. Some cards are pre authorized the week of the event.

 Please make sure your coach has a room booked in your team's block!


Block Information:

  • Please only request the rooms needed for your team.
  • One team per block (18 maximum).
  • GCI cannot guarantee that more than one team can be booked at the same hotel; however, we will do our best to accommodate pending availability.

  • **HOTEL ROOMS ARE RELEASED BACK TO THE HOTEL 3-4 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.  PLEASE SECURE YOUR ROOM BLOCKS EARLY, EVEN IF YOUR TEAM HAS NOT BEEN FORMALLY ACCEPTED INTO THE EVENT, TO RECEIVE THE BEST ROOMS AND RATES.

Hotel inventory is often released back to the hotels 3-4 weeks prior to the event start date.
