Please contact Chree at csmith@exploregci.com for any questions regarding this event. The process works best when a team manager or parent sets up a block of rooms for their traveling team. There is no credit card required to setup a room block. Each individual who makes a reservation in the block will need a valid credit card to secure their room. Please only request the rooms needed. Please remember to reserve a room for your coach if needed. We only accept individual team blocks with a maximum of 18 rooms. Once all 18 rooms have been reserved we can add more rooms if they are available. Please note we cannot guarantee multiple teams at the same hotel, however we will do our best to accommodate these requests. Please contact Chree at csmith@exploregci.com for assistance. You may select up to 18 rooms. The approved hotels for the event you selected are listed below. Browse through the options and choose the hotel that's just right for you and your team. Click on the blue "Select Hotel" button to choose the hotel that has the number of rooms you need at the nightly rate you want. Hotel inventory is often released back to the hotels 3-4 weeks prior to the event start date.
