ATTN First Time GCI Customers and New Travelling Teams: The process works best when a team manager (or parent) sets up a block of rooms for their travelling team. There is no credit card required to set up a room block. Only the individual parent will provide a credit card to secure their own room within the room block. Important Information Regarding Room Blocks: Due to the sellout weekend, rooms are limited and teams may need to stay further away from the venues. Please only request the amount of rooms you know your team will need. Only one block of rooms per team (18 maximum) allotted for parents and players ONLY. GCI cannot offer rooms for extended family members for this event. GCI cannot guarantee that more than one team can be booked at the same hotel; however, we will do our best to accommodate!
