Each team can block up to 18 rooms. Once all 18 are secured by names and credit card #’s, we will add more rooms based upon availability. Please create one room block per team. Browse through the options and choose the hotel that's just right for you and your team. Click on the blue "Select Hotel" button to choose the hotel that has the number of rooms you need at the nightly rate you want. Hotel inventory is often released back to the hotels 3-4 weeks prior to the event start date.
