Instructions to Make Reservations:

Reservation Deadline Date is 12pm (noon) CST on Friday, 10/14. (List closes promptly at Noon CST)

Go to www.gciteamtravel.com

1. Find the Log in Box at the top right-hand corner of the home page.

2. Log In using your Team’s Request ID number “30515” and the Parent Password “LEESBURG”

3. Click Make New Reservation and fill out the required information

4. Review the cancellation policy and click Complete Reservation

5. Check your email inbox for your e-confirmation.

The approved hotels for the event you selected are listed below. Browse through the options and choose the hotel that's just right for you and your team. Click on the blue "Select Hotel" button to choose the hotel that has the number of rooms you need at the nightly rate you want.

Hotel inventory is often released back to the hotels 3-4 weeks prior to the event start date.
