Thank you for visiting GCI Team Travel for this Stay to Play Event.  

This tournament requires each CLUB to book a minimum of 60 room nights per night of the event (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday).  If the team is eliminated early, the club will not be penalized if 60 room nights are not met on Saturday night.  The team must use the Saturday early departure policy found in confirmation email if eliminated.

How to Set Up a Block:

1)  The process works best when a team manager (or parent) sets up a block of rooms for their traveling team. There is no credit card required to set up a room block. 

2) Once hotel is selected, follow the step by step instructions to create your block

3) Once you receive your request ID, after following the step by step instructions, send the information to parents.  Please make sure parents know that blocks close AT NOON CST on the expiration date, NOT MIDNIGHT.

Note: Only the individual parent will provide a credit card to secure their own room within the room block.  That card is not charged until arrival.  Some cards are pre authorized the week of the event.

Hotel Block Information:

• One block of rooms per team (18 maximum) 
• GCI cannot guarantee that more than one team can be booked at the same hotel; however, we will do our best to accommodate pending availability.
