Facilities Used: All American Indoor Sports- Lenexa KC Soccer Dome Epic Center KC Z Sports Soccer Nation Only one block of 15 rooms per team. If you need additional rooms, please let us know. How to Set Up a Block: 1) The process works best when a team manager (or parent) sets up a block of rooms for their traveling team. There is no credit card required to set up a room block. 2) Once hotel is selected, follow the step by step instructions to create your block 3) Once you receive your request ID after following the step by step instructions, send the information to parents. Please make sure parents know that blocks close AT NOON CST on the expiration date, NOT MIDNIGHT. Note: Only the individual parent will provide a credit card to secure their own room within the room block. That card is not charged until arrival. Some cards are pre authorized the week of the event. Rooms are no longer available 3-4 weeks prior to the event. Please make sure you make your room block even if your team has not been formally accepted into the event to have the best hotel options. 3) Once you receive your request ID after following the step by step instructions, send the information to parents. Please make sure parents know that blocks close AT NOON CST on the expiration date, NOT MIDNIGHT.
