There is no credit card required to set up a room block. 2) Once hotel is selected, follow the step by step instructions to create your block 3) Once you receive your request ID after following the step by step instructions, send the information to parents. Please make sure parents know that blocks close AT NOON CST on the expiration date, NOT MIDNIGHT. Note: Only the individual parent will provide a credit card to secure their own room within the room block. That card is not charged until arrival.
