The process works best when a team manager (or parent) sets up a block of rooms for their traveling team. There is no credit card required to set up a room block. Each individual who makes a reservation in the block will need a valid credit card to secure their room. Please get a head count of who will need rooms and only request the rooms needed. Please remember to reserve a room for your coach if they will need housing. We only accept individual team blocks with a maximum of 18 rooms. Once all 18 rooms have been reserved, we can add more rooms based on availability. Please note we cannot guarantee multiple teams at the same hotel; however, we will do our best to accommodate these requests to the best of our ability! Hotel inventory will be released 3-4 weeks prior to the event start date. Please secure your room blocks early to receive the best rates and selection for your team.
