• If booking a room for someone else, the REAL name of the guest that will be checking in MUST be provided to GCI 10 days prior to check in.
- Early Departures: A full night's room and tax fee applies to all guests who have not informed the Front Desk or Reservations at check-in that their original departure date has changed. Any changes after the day of check-in will be considered an early departure and subject to an early departure fee of one night room and tax.
Hotel Incidentals: At check in the hotel will charge a fee per day for incidentals - the fee for this hotel is currently $15/day (fee subject to change without notice). This charge will come off of your card upon check-out if nothing is charged to the room and there are no damages. GCI does not recommend paying with a debit card because of incidentals.
