• A valid credit card and matching valid photo ID is required to check in.
• Adult’s name on reservation must match guest name that checks in at hotel.
• The credit card used when reserving the room is for guarantee only. A physical card must be presented at check-in.
• Due to fire code hotel will not place a rollaway bed in a double queen room.
• Please obtain a “credit card authorization form” from the hotel if you won’t have the physical credit card at check-in.
• Pets welcome, fees apply (Pet policy is subject to change without notice. Please see hotel for specific information/restrictions.)
Note: Stryker Soccer Complex does not allow pets.

• We have requested that team rooms are non-smoking.
• Hotel taxes/fees are not included in listed room rate. Room rates are subject to state and local taxes and tourism fees (currently 16.25% - subject to change without notice).
Hotel Incidentals: At check in the hotel may charge a fee per day for incidentals. This charge will come off of your card if nothing is charged to the room and there are no damages. GCI does not recommend paying with a debit card because of incidentals. Please note that most hotels will only accept a credit card at check in. Please inquire with the hotel directly regarding what the hold may be or for additional information.

GCI Team Travel and Hotel Cancellation Policy & Procedure
**PLEASE NOTE THE IMPORTANT DATES BELOW
Arrival Date Changes:
Request in writing via email with GCI prior to 3:00PM Central Standard Time on Tuesday December 08th.
Arrival date changes received after the deadline will not be accepted by GCI Team Travel.
Reservation Cancellation Deadlines:
Cancelling your individual reservation in writing with GCI before 3:00PM CST on Friday November 27th will not result in any charges or penalties.
(Please note that cancelling the entire block will fall under "team/group cancellation" instead of "individual cancellation".)
Cancelling a full reservation after 3:00 PM Central Standard Time on Friday November 27th will result in a $25.00 Cancellation Fee charged by GCI Team Travel.
Cancelling a full reservation after 3:00 PM Central Standard Time on Tuesday December 08th will result in a cancellation penalty up to 1 night’s room and tax charged by the hotel or GCI Team Travel.

TEAM/GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Team/Group room block must be canceled 30 days prior to event Tuesday November 10th to avoid each individual being charged one night's room & tax. Withdrawing from an event due to any circumstance after Tuesday November 10th will incur cancellations charges of 1 night's room and tax.
• If team is not accepted into tournament:
MGR/Coach/Individual must notify GCI within 1 business day of notification to cancel hotel reservations without penalty. A date and time stamped proof in writing from the tournament director will be required.
If teams aren't notified until 7 days prior to check in, or the week of the event, hotel may possibly charge a penalty; in this special circumstance,we will need to reach out to the hotel to inquire.
• Weather Policy:
If the event is canceled entirely due to severe weather surrounding the venue, no cancellation penalties will occur. The official announcement must be made 24 hours prior to tournament start date.
If an event is canceled after you have checked in, the hotel’s cancellation policy will apply.

COVID-19 Update as of 10/20/20*:
- Hotel amenities listed may be subject to change without prior notification due to COVID-19 regulations.
- At this time, the $25 cancellation fee and 30 day team/group block policy are waived.
- The 72 hour Arrival Date Changes/Reservation Cancellation Deadline policies for individual reservations remains as follows:
- 1. Request in writing via email with GCI prior to 3:00PM Central Standard Time on {Tuesday of the event}. Arrival date changes received after the deadline will not be accepted by GCI Team Travel.
- 2. Cancelling a full reservation after 3:00 PM Central Standard Time on {Tuesday of the event} will result in a cancellation penalty up to 1 night’s room and tax charged by the hotel or GCI Team Travel.
- If an event is cancelled by the tournament directors due to COVID-19, GCI Team Travel will cancel all rooms without action needed by guests.
