ATTN First Time GCI Customers and New Traveling Teams: 

The process works best when a team manager (or parent) sets up a block of rooms for their traveling team. There is no credit card required to set up a room block. Only the individual parent will provide a credit card to secure their own room within the room block.


Hotel inventory will be released 3-4 weeks prior to event start date. Please secure your room blocks early to receive the best rates and selection.

The approved hotels for the event you selected are listed below. Browse through the options and choose the hotel that's just right for you and your team. Click on the blue "Select Hotel" button to choose the hotel that has the number of rooms you need at the nightly rate you want.

Hotel inventory is often released back to the hotels 3-4 weeks prior to the event start date.
