ATTN First Time GCI Customers and New Traveling Teams: The process works best when a team manager (or parent) sets up a block of rooms for their traveling team. There is no credit card required to set up a room block. Only the individual parent will provide a credit card to secure their own room within the room block. Hotel inventory will be released 3-4 weeks prior to event start date. Please secure your room blocks early to receive the best rates and selection.
