ATTN First Time GCI Customers and New Traveling Teams: The process works best when a team manager (or parent) sets up a block of rooms for their traveling team. There is no credit card required to set up a room block. Only the individual parent will provide a credit card to secure their own room within the room block. Important Information Regarding Room Blocks: · Only one block of rooms per team (18 maximum) allotted for parents and players. · At this time larger blocks have already been booked and multiple teams will not fit in at one hotel together. · Hotel options must be utilized across the entire Kansas City Metro in order to house all travelling teams. (There are multiple other sporting events happening this same weekend in KC.) · At this point, hotels are not able to add rooms to what you see as available inventory. We are here to help!
