Cancellation Policy
Individual Reservations:
• Individual must change their reservation with GCI before 3:00pm CST on Tuesday, September 18.
• FULL RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE WITH GCI BEFORE 3:00PM CST ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 13.
* Cancellations received after this 3pm deadline may be charged one night's room & tax by hotel.
• To Make A Change or Cancellation: Email us at changes@gciteamtravel.com before the deadline date with the change needed.
Group Cancellation:
• Room block must be canceled 30 days prior to event to avoid each individual being charged one night's room & tax. This includes withdrawing from a tournament within 30 days of the event.
• Should the amount of individual cancellations from the same team appear to be more than standard, resulting in a large decline of reserved sleeping rooms, each reservation will incur a non-refundable charge of 1 night's room and tax.
• If team is not accepted into tournament: MGR/Coach/Individual must notify GCI within 2 business days after team acceptance list is posted to cancel hotel reservations without penalty.
• Weather Policy: If the event is canceled entirely due to severe weather surrounding the venue no cancellation penalties will occur. The official announcement must be made 24 hours prior to tournament start date.
