Cancellation Policy
THIS HOTEL REQUIRES A TWO-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
There are no exceptions to the minimum requirement. (Including the game schedule).
Please note that the cancellation deadline for this hotel is Friday, May 28th before 3pm CST.
Cancellation Deadline:
• Cancelling your reservation via email with GCI before 3:00PM CST on Friday, May 28th will not result in any charges or penalties.
• Cancelling your reservation after 3:00PM Central Standard Time on Friday, May 28th will result in a cancellation penalty up to 2 night’s room and tax charged by the hotel.

Full Team Cancellations:
Teams withdrawing from a tournament could be charged a penalty for cancelling hotel reservations. Please inquire with GCI.
If team is NOT ACCEPTED into tournament:
The Team Contact Person who set up the room block must notify GCI in writing no more than 1 business day after notification to cancel hotel reservations without penalty. Proof in writing from the tournament director will be required. If teams aren't notified until 10-14 days prior to check in, or the week of the event, hotel may charge a penalty; we will need to reach out to the hotel to inquire.
Entire Event Cancellation:
If the entire tournament is cancelled due to weather or COVID-19, all reservations made with GCI will be cancelled entirely. There will be no penalties when the announcement is made at least 24 hours prior to check in. If games are cancelled after you have already checked in, the hotel's cancellation policy will continue to apply.
If an event is cancelled entirely by the tournament directors due to weather or COVID-19, GCI Team Travel will cancel all rooms without action needed by guests.
COVID-19 Disclaimer:
• Any cancellations due to Covid-19 that are sent in after GCI's cancellation deadline has passed will be at the hotel's discretion to work with individuals/teams on a case by case basis. We cannot guarantee a hotel's flexibility in regards to charging a penalty (or not) for a cancellation made after the GCI deadline.
• Hotel amenities listed on our website and in your confirmation email may be subject to change without prior notification due to COVID-19 regulations. (EX: swimming pool and fitness center availability, house-keeping, breakfast etc.)
