Hotel Incidentals: At check in the hotel will charge a fee per day for incidentals. This charge will come off of your card if nothing is charged to the room and there are no damages. GCI does not recommend paying with a debit card because of incidentals. Please note that most hotels will only accept a credit card at check in. Please inquire with the hotel directly regarding what the hold may be or for additional information.

Cancellation Policy
Arrival Date Change Deadline:
Request in writing via email with GCI prior to 3:00PM Central Standard Time on Tuesday February 02nd.
Arrival date changes received after the deadline will not be accepted by GCI Team Travel.
Cancellation Deadline:
Cancelling your reservation via email with GCI before 3:00PM CST on Tuesday February 02nd will not result in any charges or penalties.
Cancelling your reservation after 3:00PM Central Standard Time on Tuesday February 02nd will result in a cancellation penalty up to 2 night’s room and tax charged by the hotel.

Full Team Cancellations:
• Teams withdrawing from a tournament could be charged a penalty for cancelling hotel reservations. Please inquire with GCI.
• If team is NOT ACCEPTED into tournament:
The Team Contact Person who set up the room block must notify GCI in writing no more than 1 business day after notification to cancel hotel reservations without penalty. Proof in writing from the tournament director will be required. If teams aren't notified until 10-14 days prior to check in, or the week of the event, hotel may charge a penalty; we will need to reach out to the hotel to inquire.
Entire Event Cancellation:
If the entire tournament is cancelled due to weather or COVID-19, all reservations made with GCI will be cancelled entirely. There will be no penalties when the announcement is made at least 24 hours prior to check in. If games are cancelled after you have already checked in, the hotel's cancellation policy will continue to apply.
If an event is cancelled by the tournament directors due to COVID-19, GCI Team Travel will cancel all rooms without action needed by guests.
COVID-19 Disclaimer:
• Any cancellations due to Covid-19 that are sent in past GCI's cancellation deadline will be at the hotel's discretion to work with individuals/teams on a case by case basis. We cannot guarantee a hotel's flexibility in regards to charging a penalty (or not) for a cancellation made after the GCI deadline.
