**PLEASE NOTE THE IMPORTANT DATES BELOW
Arrival Date Changes:
Request in writing via email with GCI prior to 3:00pm CST on Thursday, December 17th.
Arrival date changes received after the deadline will not be accepted by GCI Team Travel.
Reservation Cancellation Deadlines:
Cancelling your individual reservation in writing with GCI before 3:00 PM CST on Thursday, December 17th will not result in any charges or penalties.
Cancelling your reservation after 3:00 PM Central Standard Time on Thursday, December 17th will result in a cancellation penalty up to 1 night’s room and tax charged by the hotel.

TEAM/GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY:
• If team is NOT ACCEPTED into tournament:
The Team Contact Person who set up the room block must notify GCI in writing no more than 1 business day after notification to cancel hotel reservations without penalty. Proof in writing from the tournament director will be required.
• If teams aren't notified until 10-14 days prior to check in, or the week of the event, hotel will likely charge a penalty; in this special circumstance, we will need to reach out to the hotel to inquire about the penalty which could be up to 1 night's room and taxes to each reservation.
