Renovation Notice: Hotel is scheduled to begin renovations Fall 2024 with an expected completion date of January 2025. Please call the hotel directly for specific information regarding the renovations.

Hotel Group Policies:
To ensure the quality stay we want to provide all our guests, please take a moment to read the hotel policies below:
- To avoid noise complaints do not loiter in the hallways or stairways and please shut doors quietly.
- No Hockey Sticks, Pucks or any other sports equipment are allowed to be used in hotel.
- Quiet time is enforced from 11:00pm to 7:00am
- Parents/chaperones will be held responsible for their children. Please do not leave the hotel with children unattended.
- Absolutely no food or glass containers allowed in the pool area.
- Pool towels are provided in the pool room. Please notify the front desk if more are needed.
- For team meetings, gatherings, etc., please refrain from using our lobby. We have guests and phone calls coming in, as well as staff using the lobby, and cannot have the area blocked at any time.
- Please be aware of breakfast hours. Breakfast is only available for a certain amount of time and will not be available after the allotted times.
If there are any disturbances reported, we will have to speak to the adult in charge of the room or rooms in question regarding the complaint. If the disturbances continue, the occupants of the room or rooms will be asked to leave the hotel without a refund.
A note on housekeeping: stay-over housekeeping service is given only during the hours of 8am-12pm. If the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign is on your door during that time, you will not receive any housekeeping service that day. You may call down to the front desk later in the day to receive clean towels and other items you might need.
Unfortunately, due to many teams in the hotel, we will not be able to accommodate any late check-outs. Check out time is by noon.
Please be courteous to your neighbors by keeping the noise levels down. We want to deal with any problems promptly and efficiently, so please report and disturbances immediately.
Hotel Incidentals: At check in the hotel will charge a fee per day for incidentals. This charge will come off of your card if nothing is charged to the room and there are no damages. GCI does not recommend paying with a debit card because of incidentals. Please note that most hotels will only accept a credit card at check in. Please inquire with the hotel directly regarding what the hold may be or for additional information.
Cancellation Policy
GCI Team Travel and Hotel Cancellation Policy & Procedure
**PLEASE NOTE THE IMPORTANT DATES BELOW
Arrival Date Changes:
Request in writing via email with GCI prior to 3:00PM Central Standard Time on Tuesday August 25th.
Arrival date changes received after the deadline will not be accepted by GCI Team Travel.
Reservation Cancellation Deadlines:
Cancelling your individual reservation in writing with GCI before 3:00PM CST on Friday August 14th will not result in any charges or penalties.
(Please note that cancelling the entire block will fall under "team/group cancellation" instead of "individual cancellation".)
Cancelling a full reservation after 3:00 PM Central Standard Time on Friday August 14th will result in a $25.00 Cancellation Fee charged by GCI Team Travel.
Cancelling a full reservation after 3:00 PM Central Standard Time on Tuesday August 25th will result in a cancellation penalty up to 1 night’s room and tax charged by the hotel or GCI Team Travel.

TEAM/GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Team/Group room block must be canceled 30 days prior to event Tuesday July 28th to avoid each individual being charged one night's room & tax. Withdrawing from an event due to any circumstance after Tuesday July 28th will incur cancellations charges of 1 night's room and tax.
• If team is not accepted into tournament:
MGR/Coach/Individual must notify GCI within 1 business day of notification to cancel hotel reservations without penalty. A date and time stamped proof in writing from the tournament director will be required.
If teams aren't notified until 7 days prior to check in, or the week of the event, hotel may possibly charge a penalty; in this special circumstance,we will need to reach out to the hotel to inquire.
• Weather Policy:
If the event is canceled entirely due to severe weather surrounding the venue, no cancellation penalties will occur. The official announcement must be made 24 hours prior to tournament start date.
If an event is canceled after you have checked in, the hotel’s cancellation policy will apply.
