2 Guest elevators are currently under renovations, but please don’t be alarmed! The hotel has 2 working guest elevators, 2 service elevators, or the stairs for guests to access their rooms. **Updated as of 3/4/2024.

• Please obtain a “credit card authorization form” from the hotel if you won’t have the physical credit card at check-in.

• King Rooms will adjoin to Double Rooms; not guaranteed. (Double Rooms will not adjoin with each other.)

• The hotel holds a liquor license granted by the State Liquor commission and is held responsible for complying with its regulation. Guests are forbidden from bringing alcoholic beverages into public areas including the bar, restaurant, lobby and meeting spaces.
• Room rate includes up to 2 Adults. Additional Adults in the room will incur a $10 per night charge.
Hotel Incidentals: At check in the hotel will charge a fee per day for incidentals. This charge will come off of your card if nothing is charged to the room and there are no damages. GCI does not recommend paying with a debit card because of incidentals. Please note that most hotels will only accept a credit card at check in. Please inquire with the hotel directly regarding what the hold may be or for additional information.

Cancellation Policy
THIS HOTEL REQUIRES A TWO-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Guests completing their 2 night minimum length of stay that would like to check out on Sunday can do so with-out penalty as long as the check out occurs before 11:00am on Sunday.
GCI Team Travel and Hotel Cancellation Policy & Procedure

Arrival Date Changes:
Request in writing via email with GCI prior to 2:00PM Central Standard Time on Sunday July 26th.
Arrival date changes received after the deadline will not be accepted by GCI Team Travel.
Reservation Cancellation Deadlines:
Cancelling your individual reservation in writing with GCI before 2:00 PM CST on Thursday July 16th will not result in any charges or penalties. (Please note that cancelling more than 50% of your team's rooming list will fall under "team/group cancellation" instead of "individual cancellation".)
Cancelling a full reservation after 2:00 PM Central Standard Time on Thursday July 16th will result in a $25.00 Cancellation Fee charged by GCI Team Travel.
Cancelling a full reservation after 2:00 PM Central Standard Time on Sunday July 26th will result in a cancellation penalty up to 1 night’s room and tax charged by the hotel or GCI Team Travel.

SUNDAY NIGHT CANCELLATIONS:
THIS HOTEL REQUIRES A TWO-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
• Guests completing their 2 night minimum length of stay that would like to check out on Sunday can do so without penalty as long as the check out occurs before 11:00am on Sunday.
• Due to the nature of this tournament, hotel understands that some teams may be eliminated on Sunday and will no longer need to stay on Sunday night. You must meet the two night minimum!
• If you have completed your 2 night stay, the hotel will not charge an early departure fee. Guest must check out directly with the hotel's front desk by 11:00am on Sunday to avoid fees.
• If your Sunday game time is scheduled after 11:00am you will have to check out and check back in if you make it through to the games played on Monday.
• Please note that if you do need to check back in after having already checked out, hotel room types are subject to availability.
TEAM/GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Should the amount of individual cancellations from the same team appear to be more than standard (resulting in cancellation of 50% or more of the total room nights reserved) each cancelled reservation will incur a non-refundable charge of 1 night's room and tax.
• Team/Group room block must be canceled 30 days prior to event Monday June 29th to avoid each individual being charged one night's room & tax. Withdrawing from an event due to any circumstance after Monday June 29th will incur cancellations charges of 1 night's room and tax.
• If team is NOT ACCEPTED into tournament:
The Team Contact Person who set up the room block must notify GCI in writing no more than 1 business day after notification to cancel hotel reservations without penalty. Proof in writing from the tournament director will be required.
• If teams aren't notified until 10-14 days prior to check in, or the week of the event, hotel will likely charge a penalty; in this special circumstance, we will need to reach out to the hotel to inquire about the penalty which could be up to 1 night's room and taxes to each reservation.
• Weather Policy:
If the event is CANCELLED ENTIRELY due to severe weather, no cancellation penalties will occur. The official announcement and cancellations must be made by 2:00 PM Central Standard Time on Wednesday July 29th.
