• Roll-away bed can be requested based on availability at check-in for King Rooms only. (Roll-aways will NOT fit in a double queen or a king with sofa sleeper due to strict city fire code.) There is a $10 charge per night for a roll-away.
• Some rooms will adjoin based on availability (cannot be guaranteed before arrival).
• A valid credit card and matching valid photo ID is required to check in.
• Adult’s name on reservation must match guest name that checks in at hotel.
• The credit card used when reserving the room is for guarantee only. A physical card must be presented at check-in.
• Please obtain a “credit card authorization form” from the hotel if you won’t have the physical credit card at check-in.

Cancellation Policy
THIS HOTEL REQUIRES A TWO-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Guests completing their 2 night minimum length of stay that would like to check out on Sunday can do so with-out penalty as long as the check out occurs before 11:00am on Sunday.
GCI Team Travel and Hotel Cancellation Policy & Procedure

Arrival Date Changes:
Request in writing via email with GCI prior to 2:00PM Central Standard Time on Monday February 10th.
Arrival date changes received after the deadline will not be accepted by GCI Team Travel.
Reservation Cancellation Deadlines:
Cancelling your individual reservation in writing with GCI before 2:00 PM CST on Friday January 31st will not result in any charges or penalties. (Please note that cancelling more than 50% of your team's rooming list will fall under "team/group cancellation" instead of "individual cancellation".)
Cancelling a full reservation after 2:00 PM Central Standard Time on Friday January 31st will result in a $25.00 Cancellation Fee charged by GCI Team Travel.
Cancelling a full reservation after 2:00 PM Central Standard Time on Monday February 10th will result in a cancellation penalty up to 1 night’s room and tax charged by the hotel or GCI Team Travel.

SUNDAY NIGHT CANCELLATIONS:
THIS HOTEL REQUIRES A TWO-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
• Guests completing their 2 night minimum length of stay that would like to check out on Sunday can do so without penalty as long as the check out occurs before 11:00am on Sunday.
• Due to the nature of this tournament, hotel understands that some teams may be eliminated on Sunday and will no longer need to stay on Sunday night. You must meet the two night minimum!
• If you have completed your 2 night stay, the hotel will not charge an early departure fee. Guest must check out directly with the hotel's front desk by 11:00am on Sunday to avoid fees.
• If your Sunday game time is scheduled after 11:00am you will have to check out and check back in if you make it through to the games played on Monday.
• Please note that if you do need to check back in after having already checked out, hotel room types are subject to availability.
TEAM/GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Should the amount of individual cancellations from the same team appear to be more than standard (resulting in cancellation of 50% or more of the total room nights reserved) each cancelled reservation will incur a non-refundable charge of 1 night's room and tax.
• Team/Group room block must be canceled 30 days prior to event Tuesday January 14th to avoid each individual being charged one night's room & tax. Withdrawing from an event due to any circumstance after Tuesday January 14th will incur cancellations charges of 1 night's room and tax.
• If team is NOT ACCEPTED into tournament:
The Team Contact Person who set up the room block must notify GCI in writing no more than 1 business day after notification to cancel hotel reservations without penalty. Proof in writing from the tournament director will be required.
• If teams aren't notified until 10-14 days prior to check in, or the week of the event, hotel will likely charge a penalty; in this special circumstance, we will need to reach out to the hotel to inquire about the penalty which could be up to 1 night's room and taxes to each reservation.
• Weather Policy:
If the event is CANCELLED ENTIRELY due to severe weather, no cancellation penalties will occur. The official announcement and cancellations must be made by 2:00 PM Central Standard Time on Thursday February 13th.
