Cancellation Policy
•• RESERVATION CANCELLATION & DATE CHANGE DEADLINES AND PROCEDURE ••
Request in writing via email with GCI prior to 2:00PM Central Standard Time on Monday January 14th.
Arrival date changes received after the deadline will not be accepted by GCI.
Cancelling a full reservation after the deadline will result in a cancellation penalty equal to 1 night’s room and tax. (Hotel will charge your card.)

SUNDAY NIGHT CANCELLATIONS:
• Due to the nature of this tournament, hotel understands that some teams may be eliminated on Sunday and will no longer need to stay on Sunday night.
• In this circumstance the hotel will not charge an early departure fee. Guest must check out directly with the hotel's front desk by 11:00am on Sunday to avoid fees.
• If your Sunday game time is scheduled after 11:00am you will have to check out and check back in if you make it through to the games played on Monday.
TEAM/GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Team/Group room block must be canceled 30 days prior to event to avoid each individual being charged one night's room & tax. This includes withdrawing from a tournament within 30 days of the event.
• Should the amount of individual cancellations from the same team appear to be more than standard (resulting in cancellation of 50% or more of the total room nights reserved) each reservation will incur a non-refundable charge of 1 night's room and tax.
• If team is NOT ACCEPTED into tournament:
The Team Manager who set up the room block must notify GCI in writing no more than 1 business day after notification to cancel hotel reservations without penalty. Proof in writing from the tournament director will be required.
• Weather Policy:
If the event is CANCELLED ENTIRELY due to severe weather, no cancellation penalties will occur. The official announcement and cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to tournament start date.
